My Background
Hi, I'm Jack. I'm a student of arts and humanities. I am a lover of punk, people and stories. I have Borderline Personality Disorder and I am a recovering alcoholic.
I grew up on an island called Guernsey but currently reside in Camden, London. Struggling but striving.
I campaign for mental health. This involves me talking about mental health a lot. I blog about it on here, vlog about it on Instagram, and I write poetry about it. I am also writing a novel.

Mental health is at the core of almost every bit of content on here. I hope to be vulnerable, honest and insightful. If just one person takes some solace or enlightenment from my many musings, then I will have succeeded.
